A neighbor had previously worked with Michele. We had no doubts after meeting her. I felt an immediate connection of trust. She didn't tell us what we wanted to hear to get the listing. She told us what would get the house sold in the shortest amount of time. We had some cleanup and fixes to do, so we set up a date 3 weeks in the future. The time from accepting offer to close went very fast. Michele kept us informed the whole way and even offered to come over to help us pack. We have heard from Michele a couple of times since. The importance of this partnership was the absolute certainty that we were treated equally to the buyers. I would recommend Michele anytime.

We had difficulties during our negotiations once our offer was accepted, as well as massive road blocks during appraisal, Michelle really fought for us and made sure that we were not being taken advantage of as well as putting in extra work on behalf of the listing agent to ensure our appraisal was accurate. We wish we could buy more houses from Michelle, we have been giving her name to every person we can.
