Seller reviewMichelle Stebbings did an excellent job throughout the sale of our house. There was no pressure to utilize her service when we met for initial interview. We were pleased with Michelle's work from defining price to sale, staging the house, choice of photographer for pictures, and implementing the open house. She kept us well informed throughout the sale process by timely communicating with text, email, or phone. Upon sale, the buyer's home inspector left us with allot of challenges as he made numerous errors in his report of things that needed to be corrected that did not need correction. (He was wrong!) Michelle worked with us getting numerous licensed contractors to our house to fix things that were legitimate and to declare ok what inspector cited that was his error. Everything went well in closing. I would highly recommend her.
