Pam is a wonderful person to work with!!! She actually found this home for our family to move into and then she sold it for us!!!! When its time to buy again Pam will be our agent again!!!!

We used Pam because she came highly recommended by two friends who's homes she was able to sell quickly. Those friends felt she was dedicated and put the same effort into their homes as she would a million dollar home, and we wholeheartedly agree. This was important to us because we knew our home may be difficult to sell as it was an older home and had a lot of unfinished projects. Pam did amazing with our home as it sold on the first day listed. We had a lot of issues with that buyer, but we were on a strict timeline and needed to keep the sale. Even though Pam recommended dropping the buyer and relisting, she fought hard for us, attempting to negotiate with the buyer so we could stay on schedule. In the end, we had to relist and we were able to list at a higher price due to putting on a new roof and siding from hail damage after we had accepted the first offer. Even with relisting and a higher price tag, the house sold again within four days. Pam once again went above and beyond in negotiations with the new buyer, making sure that we were making decisions that were mutually beneficial. Pam was so easy to work with, she was easy to reach and quick to respond. I trusted her completely and I am so glad I did because we were able to sell for much more than I ever would have thought. She never got frustrated with our sale, considering it was going to be a relatively small commission and we had to deal with two hail storms (replacing the roof and siding twice after listing), dealt with negotiations with unreasonable buyer, relisting, dealing with our second buyer having an FHA loan and all the requirements that come with that. It definitely wasn't an easy sale, but she was friendly, helpful and professional through it all. I would definitely recommend Pam Ozbun to anyone needing to buy or sell and we will most definitely be using her again when we are ready to move on.

Pam makes her clients feel as if they are the only one she's working with. So respectful and great communication.

Pam was knowledgeable about the local market and was a pleasure to work with. She made suggestions about open houses which I initially did not think would be helpful but ultimately led to the sale of our home at the full asking price. Pam negotiated a great offer for us. We had multiple offers and she was able to get a full price offer. Wechose Pam mostly becasue of her interpersonal skills and her knowlegeof the area.

She seemed very organized and stated she would "fight" for appraisal of our house, which we knew would be a challenge considering the list price/potential sale price and the short amount of time we lived there compared to when we purchased the home.
