Seller reviewWe were in the final stages of buying a new house with a different realtor and still needing to put our current house on the market. We were not impressed with her overall efforts. While talking with a co-worker Paul Wolfert's name was mentioned and highly recommended. We setup an interview. Paul covered everything and made the decision real easy to switch realtor's. Our house sold within days of listing, with no open house needed. Paul's marketing and negotiating skills are the best I have seen. The only thing that could have been better is if we had been able to work with Paul for both transactions. .
