Seller reviewI would highly recommend Phil Frye to anyone wanting an agent who is hardworking and gets the job done. The property first went on the market on a Thursday, had the first showing on Saturday and had an offer on Monday. I accepted the offer and we were on our way, closed in less than 6 weeks. I live out of state and never met Phil in person but he always kept me up to date on everything going on. My aunt had passed away and I was executor of her estate and Phil handled everything for me by email and by phone to get her house sold quickly.
