Phong Lam of CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold

I am a repeat client with Phong Lam. This time I referred my parents to Phong Lam, because they were looking to downside their home for their retirement. I wouldn't trust any other realtor, except for Phong Lam, when it comes to family. Phong Lam worked tirelessly for a whole year to find a home that fit my parents' new lifestyle and price. I'm still surprise and grateful for his dedication and patience. As the other reviews have noted, he is always reachable and quickly address any of your concerns. Phong Lam was referred over to us a few months ago by one of our good friends who had used Phong for many of his transactions before. Our friends told us if we wanted to sell quickly and if we want an agent who will work to our best interest in mind, they told us that Phong can get the job done. After our first encounter with Phong, we knew exactly what our friends were talking about! We wished we would have known Phong sooner! Phong returned our phone calls as soon as he was able to, unlike another agent that we had used before. We called multiple times to one of our previous agents before Phong and then we'll get a call back after 3 days later with that agent. It's unbelievable! Phong never left us hanging. He's always staying on top of his game and always provide us with updates throughout our entire transaction. Unfortunately, we didn't know Phong sooner, otherwise we could have used him to purchase our new home too, but we were already under contract with the new home with another agent. Phong was amazing with his listing techniques! Laid out everything upfront for us and we know exactly how much we will get if certain offers come in. Phong advised us on a range that he thinks we can get from his analysis of the market & provided us with his marketing strategies, and we were originally thinking that we needed to list it at a much lower price than what Phong suggested! Glad that we listened to him. Phong got us a bunch of showings for both of our properties and got multiple offers for both of them! Whatever Phong did with his negotiation, he was able to drive both of our properties with over-asking offers for them! We got both properties under-contract in under 3 days of being on the market! That is just unbelievable!!!! Our 1st primary property sold a couple of months ago and now is our 2nd property that he sold as well for TOP DOLLARS! He is very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and always available whenever we call or text him. Phong is definitely a great asset to Century 21! We are very thankful that Phong was referred to us as he has gone above & beyond any agents that we have ever met! And we have dealt with many agents in the past, but we have now found a keeper! We will definitely refer Phong to many of our other friends and relatives! Keep up the good work!

I am a First-Time Homebuyer and Phong has made my entire buying experience extremely easy! Everything went very smoothly! The mortgage company & Loan Officer that Phong recommended to me has been very good and made my mortgage experience a breeze! Phong is able to speak Vietnamese, so that helps me tremendously throughout the process! And he was able to help me translate all of the paperwork from beginning to the end at the settlement table, including all of the signing of the mortgage paperwork. To my surprise, many of my friends have also dealt with Phong on many deals in the past as well and they have highly recommended him to many of our friends too!
