Buyer reviewWe were first time home buyers and found out about Raquel through Facebook. Once attending one of her seminars we were set to have her be our agent. Thankfully everything worked out and she helped us through the process of purchasing our first home. Raquel was definitely ontop of her game when it came to showing us homes and putting in an offer. She was never reluctant to negotiate a price with the seller and overall showed us her commitment and professional skills. Raquel definitely topped all of the performance rating, as we were always in the loop of things and could easily reach her for any questions. She defiently made the home buying process go very smooth. She has such great hospitality and is very knowledgable about the work she does. It was awesome getting to know her and working with her.

Seller reviewRaquel really made me feel like my best interest was her own even if it meant no sale. She went out of her way to have the least amount of work needed from my end. She was happy to host additional open houses even though it was expected to be slow traffic. Gladly was willing to help stage and get a photoshoot done to the place at her own expense. Always reachable no matter the day or time. Very patient with my late responses and willing to work around my schedule. She made the impossible happen!
