I would first like to say that as a first time home buyer, Raquel Zambrana-Ramirez made the entire process smooth and easy. Any questions we had, she was quick to answer and was always consistent. I had interviewed over a half dozen agents in the area to make sure I made the right decision based on our particular needs. My brother and I were selling a house we had never seen from out of state. I needed to find someone who had experience working in those conditions and could take care of things since we could not physically be there. Within just a few weeks our property was sold for well over the listing price, and we were very satisfied with the amount we got for it. Raquel was communicative, respectful, attentive, and accomodating. Whatever needed to be done next, she explained it to me, and I knew she had it covered. My relatives in the area who met Raquel in person were so impressed with her character and efficiency that they raved about her and met with her to discuss selling THEIR house.
