Renee delt with the sellers agent in a very professional manner and described each transaction in detail so we could understand Renee helped us with inspections, and selections of stone, cabinets, trim, hardware, etc as we progressed through the construction of our home. She was extremely helpful.

Renee made our first home buying experience something we were terrified of and made it easy to understand and kept us informed at all times. She had a very professional, calm, personable demeanor and was never at any point hesitant to advise us. We truly felt that she represented US and had our best interests in mind. We are both extremely pleased with the service we received from Renee. She would be the first person we would refer friends and family to. We were hesitant with this process being that this was our first home purchase. Renee took a very stressful and overwhelming period for us both and turned into a learning experience. it was one that we felt empowered by Renee as she walked us through everything - Down to the timing of certain dates - how long certain steps take - what causes these things to be slowed down - what is a normal time etc. We are extremely grateful that we had stumbled across Renee on Zillow. Extremely easy to work with. Not afraid to give her input on things. Makes it clear and demonstrates that she is there to represent YOU. 10/10.

Renee Dunkel was phenomenal!! I would never have made it through this change in my life without her. She did an excellent job of explaining every aspect along the way, and her thorough work ahead of time helped determine a fair price, which resulted in 3 showing appointments within 24 hours of listing, an offer was made the following day, and we were under contract the next. Top notch in every aspect, Renee goes above and beyond. She was very approachable and understanding to my situation, and even when I would question (mid path), the direction we were heading, she was patient, and respectful, and walked me through each aspect that arose (and there were several), until I felt confident in my choice. Even though Renee probably worked at least 3 times harder on this sale than she would have to work on most sales, she was always accessible and cheerful. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Renee Dunkel a 20+. .
