My name is Renee Schoenherr. I have 30 years experience as a top producing Realtor serving the Northwest and Western suburbs of Chicago. In addition to being a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I also have received many awards for Quality Service to my clients. I have also been featured in the 2021 issue of Chicago's Top Agent Magazine. Always keeping my clients' best interest at the core of what I do, I guide both buyers and sellers through the entire Real Estate process from start to finish. My "no pressure" approach helps buyers and sellers feel relaxed and secure during an unfamiliar process. I strive to maintain professionalism, trustworthiness and honesty in all that I do while remaining personable and helpful to all my clients. Seller reviewLocal knowledge and the fact Renee lives in the area and is up-to-date on local laws, licenses, and township culture was critical to selection. Due to Renee's contacts, house sold 3 days after placement of for-sale sign. No other advertising was necessary although she had a complete and thorough campaign laid out. It was impressive. Renee actually became a family friend! She also understood how emotional a loss of a parent and sale of her house could be. Could not ask for a more likable, personable agent who new her "Stuff". Overall experience far exceeded my expectations. A cash sale three days after for-sale sign was placed was simply phenomenal and closing went without a hitch. Entire sale with check in my bank account took about a month with no hassles or problems and no surprises. Couldn't ask for a smoother experience.

Seller reviewI shopped around for a reliable realtor. My friends gave me a few recommendations. What struck me about Renee Schoenherr was how organized she was. Other realtors had papers all over the place that they had to collect. Renee had everything neatly organized in binders. Renee was honest with me about everything - even if what she had to say was not something I wanted to hear. She told me about market value, timelines, things I needed to repair, how to "stage" my unit. She hired a professional photographer and the rest is history. I truly believe that Renee sold my property for the best possible price.

Seller reviewSince 1980 when I bought my first home I've been involved with the sale or purchase of a home 17 times. This includes helping other family members. I can finally say I have met the best of the best in Realtors in Renee Schoenherr. Top and most important for me was communication. Renee always responded to me quickly often within minutes. If she couldn't talk then she would immediately reply with when she could get back to me and she would ! I never got "mailbox full" with Renee. Never had to call her twice she just always responded. Renee was honest and open to hearing my concerns and questions regarding her sale price suggestion. Using her experience and background to offer answers I knew I could trust her. I completely followed her lead with sales price and marketing my home and she was right on target. I actually moved out of state before my home was sold and from that far away she did an excellent job staying in touch and answering all my questions. It wasn't another client but my real estate attorney who recommended her. He met Renee Schoenherr at a closing said she is smart knows her work and he would give her an A+ rating. So I took a chance and was very happy I did.

Buyer reviewI am a Chicago native, but lived in California for 34 years. I was recently divorced and my first Grandchild was due in June in the Chicago area. I wanted to move back home. I drove across country with 4 cats, 3 dogs and an exhusband. I needed a house as soon as possible as I will be the caregiver for my Granddaughter. Renee knew the situation and found the perfect house for me within a few weeks. I will always be grateful for all the help she gave me. She truly went above and beyond for me.
