He helped us walk away from houses that weren't in our criteria and showed us houses we had not previously considered or would not have visited. His attention to detail friendliness and willingness to walk you through scenarios is a great asset in this crazy market. One of his greater strength is dealing with the buying or listing agent and helping put you to the top of their list.
