Seller reviewRob was very excited to work with us! Even came out in the snow to look at the house and took drone video and got acquainted... Rob stuck with the original game plan and my wife and I took on the task of getting the house ready... It was quite the adventure.. with challenges coming up along the way. Snow, cold and rain delays, along with a broken foot, and hernia surgery... we persevered, Rob reassuring us along the way. The house went into escrow in eight days with a 30 day closing time line. Rob was very good at communicating next steps along the way...had meet the Appraisar and reassured us about the selling price. Negotiated a deal with the buyers while involving us with the steps. It was quite tedious, but we all got it done. Thank you Rob. Rob was very knowledgeable, and confident, and always had reassuring words when things got tough. I would highly recommend Rob if you're looking to sell or buy a home.
