Buyer reviewRobin was very helpful and professional throughout our home purchase process. My wife and I thought it would a difficult home purchase since we were out of state and practically doing a site unseen puchase; however, Robin made it extremely seemless and was very attentive and punctual with home showings. She was also very knowledgeable and provided key guidance with the local area. Will certainly recommend her services to family and friends.

Buyer reviewRobin was recommended to us by a friend. We got very lucky. We were buying from out of country and the amount of time adapting to our needs were significant. She is an expert in the area. Everyone she referred us to was equally strong and knowledgable. We ended up using her loan agent because he had the best rate AND was very responsive. Whatever Robin says or does is rock solid. Virtual tours of many houses, assessments of local area, catering to our specific needs. Will use again and recommend to anyone who wants the best.

She was exceptionally easy and pleasant to work with, and patiently helped us through every step the transaction. She understood our needs as we explained them to her and anticipated the needs we didn't even know about yet. I am not exaggerating when I say we would not be in our dream home if it was not for her expertise, tenacity, realism, and ability to build relationships with everyone involved in the process. I recommend her to everyone I know on a home search and would use her again in a heartbeat.

Seller reviewRobin was simply fantastic to work with. When we were looking to sell our home, to be honest we were a bit intimidated by the process. Robin did a great job walking us through the process, managing expectations, and explaining where she believed the home would sell for the best price, with a quick turn around. She was on the ball answering questions, and is a over communicator which I always prefer. I never had to track down information...as soon as she had it, we had it, which was really refreshing. She was hands on with the photographer who took listing photos because she knew our homes best features, and pulled out all the stops marketing the property. We had an above asking offer before the open house and went into closing within the first three days. That was because of Robin. My wife and I are likely in our forever house now, but if we ever have a need we will always call Robin first.
