Buyer reviewWhen we first started looking for rural property / ranch we had not spoken to Ryan. After speaking to our lender and getting a pre approval we reached out to Ryan about a specific listing but unknown to us someone had already made an offer that was accepted. After that Ryan had set up our search and being North Dakota there are not many homesteads that go up for sale. We happened upon a listing just outside our search area and Ryan set up the viewing immediately the next day. We loved it and wanted to make an offer. From the beginning Ryan worked with the other broker and we got our offer accepted. Ryan was awesome getting signatures on the weekend and in the evening he was still working on getting our offer through. In the end we closed and are now proud owners of our forever home on a North Dakota Ranch. Highly recommend Ryan Wolf from Morrison Century 21.

From viewing properties to the finer points of the purchase agreement to the inspection and closing Ryan was able to walk us through each and provide us with key information so that we could make informed decisions. Ryan was an excellent advocate for our home needs. When the home inspection identified electrical and plumbing issues Ryan prepared a repair request and was diligent in following up with the sellers agent on the status of the repairs. We are convinced that Ryan's advice is the reason that our purchase agreement was accepted among several different offers. Ryan helped us draft an offer that was competitive in terms of price and also in asking for concessions from the seller.
