Seller reviewCouldn't have gone smoother. Was a great experience during an emotional time of selling and moving!! Was very confident in Sam due to several recommendations from friends in area. My house sold immediately and I got $6000 above asking price!!! Advertising/pictures on website were great!! Marketing by Sam had scheduled about 12-15 showings in one day. Ended up getting $6000 over asking price within couple days. As stated, he sold house immediately for $6000 above asking within couple days. Was always so nice and ALWAYS answered phone calls. Was always reassuring and very helpful. His assistant Aimee VERY helpful as well.
