Because of Shannon's initiative we were able to avoid purchasing this house which would have resulted in a major financial impact for us in the future. Shannon worked tireless with us in to help us find our dream home. She went out of her way to resolve any issues we had and took the extra steps to ensure that every detail of our purchase was explained and covered. She kept us informed throughout the process. I never expected to meet some one so diligent so hard working and loving as shannon. She really fought for us covered every detail showed us what we need to be aware of and really educated us on the home buying process. It was a journey and a battle to say the least. If I ever had to fight for any of my other dreams. I would want no one else in my corner than shannon. Buyer reviewWe are out-of-town buyers. Shannon explained the different regions and their environmental characteristics. She took us to places she knew we probably wouldn't want but would find the comparison invaluable in our negotiations with buyers. She took all of our calls; was always ready to go find information, even if it bore little or no connection with purchasing property; picked us up at the airport; introduced us to the local authorities relevant to our property needs; the list continues; and we never felt that there was information she was not sharing or any attempt to manipulate the situation solely to her own advantage (outside ours). In a word, "Incomparable". We did not have nor need any particular assistance throughout our purchase outside Shannon but when we did meet some of her staff it was obvious why she would work with them.
