She chose a very strategic listing date based on the summer holidays and her experience with previous, local listings. Her communication throughout the house process exceeded expectations. Easy to work with and very easy to communicate with quickly. Sheree made the entire process very smooth for a first time homenbuyer as myself. I was very uneducated on many aspects but Sheree was very good at explaining the steps to me and getting me thru the process and making sure we closed on the date we had set months previously. Would highly recommend to any buyers and i would definitely use her as my realtor in future! She was one the top 3 sellers at premierr properties for the year! The proof is in the pudding!

Patient she differently has one while I was giving up and again she stepped in and motivated us too be patient something come along, in her friendly soft spoken voice. Thanks Sheree Klausner. We dealt with 2 others broker lets just say everything about them was a nightmare from elm street. They were from some small mortgage company wasn't perfectional in any way. getting back too Sheree Klausner. She did an amazing job. Overall experience with Sheree Klausner were very different compared to other realtor we dealt with she always have a smile on her face never one time my husband and I experience a attitude from her.
