Buyer reviewStephanie Maximov was hosting an open house that my sister attended and after explaining that I was considering purchasing a property in Chico Stephanie began to search for and keep us posted on any potential properties. I appreciated her honesty about any available properties (the location, condition, price, appropriateness for me, etc.) I also was impressed that she was not aggressive or pushy and always seemed to respect my viewpoint. When the purchasing began Stephanie did a great job helping me through this long distance process. I am very computer illiterate but she talked me through elements such as the digital signing, wiring of funds, etc. and was such a cheerleader for me. I felt comfortable discussing the details with her that scared me, knowing she would get me through them. I am happy to recommend Stephanie Maximov as a buyer's agent, especially to someone who has an idea about what they want but is a novice in the world of real estate buying and needs a very patient "guide" to the finish line.

Stephanie made sure we knew what was happening with every step of the process and was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. Since we were moving from 2.5 hours away she also met with inspectors, checked on the house & even watered so that everything was still in good shape when we arrived in town. We will not hesitate to use Stephanie again or to refer her to any friends or family in the are.
