It's a process that is best left to the professionals. In this case, that professional is Stephanie Maximov . In the middle of all the chaos of inflation, low house inventory and fickle sellers, Stephanie Maximov got us the house we WANTED. Stephanie's mastery of the technical paperwork and her knowledge of all things houses is amazing. She knows a LOT about the inner workings of a house. Above all, it's the genuine concern and motivation to help find not just a home, but the right home that puts her head and shoulders above the rest . We STRONGLY recommend anyone to utilize Stephanie's skills and services in the future.

Buyer reviewStephanie was quick to create contracts, she was always keeping me updated on my contract status and was very clear and detailed when explaining all contracts that I was signing, so I understood what I was signing. She is very knowledgeable of the area, which was great since we were moving from out of town. She was there for every inspection to be our eyes for us and we appreciate her for that. Stephanie is VERY polite and friendly with a great personality. She was professional and always on time, providing inputs and feedback where she thought was necessary. She was always clear in her communication with us and kept us updating constantly on the status of our contracts and home purchase. She answered every call and text, and always replied timely. At the close of escrow, she provided us with a complete binder of printed documents, of all DocuSign items that we signed electronically so we could have a copy. I have never had such a thorough agent in the past, so this was really great!!
