This (and their marketing efforts) led to a great day one full price offer. During the process I was 250 miles away at a new job and Steve and Judy delivered amazing customer service. When the inspection identified a major issue, Steve used his strong local connections and managed all the arrangements (i.e. calls, quotes, coordinating contractors) to quickly get a fix in place. I appreciate all the help Steve and Judy provided my family and I. We highly recommend them.
