Being first time home buyers, we came into the whole process with no real knowledge of what to do. Susan essentially held our hands throughout the whole process, showing us multiple homes, giving excellent advice and knowledge of the area and the homes we looked at, and was able to answer all our questions in a very timely manner. I'm sure we asked many more than most, but we never felt as though we were a bother or nuisance. She always got back to us quickly and if she didn't have the answer, got it for us as quickly as possible. Once we finally found our home, she helped us figure out all the details, kept us on schedule, gave great advice on how to move forward, and had good contacts in the area for inspections, quotes for repairs, etc. We are really happy with our new home and we would gladly recommend Susan in the future for anyone wanting to either buy or sell a home.
