Sydney was born and raised in the Tri-Cities and has a strong passion for real estate. In her spare time, you can find her working out or spending quality time with her family. Sydney finds the Tri-Cities real estate market to be unique in how well it supports new construction. Her favorite thing about the area is watching how her friends and family fit into the rapidly growing community.

Sydney loves sharing the genuine excitement that comes with real estate, whether it's handing her clients the keys to their first home or telling a seller a deal has closed. She loves the opportunity to be a part of one of the most exciting times of a person's life. Receiving a thank you from her clients is the number one best reward.

Buyer reviewGoing through the home building process is already a stressful prospect, but I got to add bringing my first daughter into the world at the same time as my closing date was supposed to hit. My closing date also happened to fall just before Washington went into the COVID 19 shutdown. Luckily, my wife and I had contracted with Sydney to help with the home build and purchase. Sydney was extremely responsive to questions and quick to help in any way that she could. She was a huge part of making sure that we got into our new home before we potentially missed out due to the shutdown and helped a ton with the stress of decision making and build requests. She is an extremely valuable addition to any real estate purchase and I would recommend her to anyone. Also, she works for the best brokerage in Tri-Cities. Buying a house during Century 21's "Move is on Us" program was AWESOME. We got our entire house packed up and moved essentially for free through the program. That was kind of huge for the situation we were in. Anyways, Sydney is awesome. If you're thinking about building, she knows what she's doing and can help you design EXACTLY the house that you want.

Seller reviewThis is our second time working alongside Sydney. We sold our second home and purchased a newly built home with her, and I cannot express how satisfied we are with her work! She worked hard selling our home and advocating on our behalf to the sellers and their agent. She even worked while on vacation when last minute details and situations arose! With our busy schedules plus three young children who don't like to be patient with us at times, she made our lives easy during the selling process. She was always there at all the house building meetings with us and our house builder, and made the house building process paperwork a breeze! She has proven to us once again that she is punctual, friendly, professional and organized.
