Teresa Knowles brings over three decades of experience, dedication, and results-driven service to the real estate industry in Rockingham and Caswell Counties. A native of Caswell County, Teresa moved to Rockingham County in 1977 and graduated from Reidsville Senior High School in 1978. Before launching her real estate career, she worked at the Burlington Industries Textile Plant, where she developed a strong work ethic and deep ties to the local community.
Teresa earned her real estate license in 1986 after graduating from Dan Mohr Real Estate School in Greensboro, NC. She continued her education by completing the REALTORS® Institute (GRI) program in 1989 in Chapel Hill, NC. Dedicated to staying current in an ever-evolving market, Teresa has earned multiple industry designations, including:

SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING FOR HER CLIENT AND WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GO WHEN LISTING AND SELLING PROPERTY. SHE KNOWS AND THAT IS WHY MY PROPERTY SOLD SO VERY FAST. WOULDN'T TRUST ANYONE ELSE TO HANDLE THE LISTING, IF I HAD ANOTHER LISTING TO SALE. SHE IS TOP OF THE LINE AGENT. I THANK HER FOR A GREAT JOB FROM START TO FINISH.. SHE IS GOOD, VERY GOOD. However, Teresa did her homework and set a price that was in fact consistent with the market and we sold the home for more than we thought possible. Seller reviewMy parents used Teresa when I was just a child, my cousin used her a couple of years ago to sell their homes. Her reputation in Rockingham County is second to none in my opinion. She took care of us and had no worries even when it was taking longer than expected to sale the home. The communication from Teresa on inspections, repair work was excellent during the process of selling to the buyer was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone to use her as your buying or selling agent.
