Teresa Knowles brings over three decades of experience, dedication, and results-driven service to the real estate industry in Rockingham and Caswell Counties. A native of Caswell County, Teresa moved to Rockingham County in 1977 and graduated from Reidsville Senior High School in 1978. Before launching her real estate career, she worked at the Burlington Industries Textile Plant, where she developed a strong work ethic and deep ties to the local community.
Teresa earned her real estate license in 1986 after graduating from Dan Mohr Real Estate School in Greensboro, NC. She continued her education by completing the REALTORS® Institute (GRI) program in 1989 in Chapel Hill, NC. Dedicated to staying current in an ever-evolving market, Teresa has earned multiple industry designations, including:

Seller reviewThis is not the first time we have used Teresa and her company to sell and buy property for us and she will be our realtor when we buy again. We will always use Teresa S Knowles because we trust her and she understands exactly what we need and if we were to move out of state she would still be the one we would depend on. We would not get the service we get with Teresa with anyone else. We had a bid on the property the first day it was listed. We had a second bid on the property the next day. Teresa S Knowles knows how to showcase a property and we got extra time to move too. Closing was a breeze. Most people would be nervous about buying property but I left it all in their hands and did not have a bad experience at all.

Teresa and her team kept me ibformed every step of the way, even when I had already moved to FL. Over the years, Teresa has become a good and trustworthy friend.
