Seller reviewI started with a different broker that I was unhappy with due to several factors involving marketing efforts...I was ready to cancel our contract and select a different brokerage. Before I did, I spoke to the head of this office and was introduced to Tim Parr as an alternative. From the minute we first spoke, I knew I was in good hands. The marketing plan and communication level met and exceeded my expectations...only sorry I didn't start with Tim to begin with.

He did his job and had very good communication skills which was a very big deal for us. Everything went so smooth through the whole transaction. We have bought numerous properties and have had some bad experiences with agents but Tim did his job to get the job done and to get us the most money we could get for our property.
