About Tracy Chan 吳 陳優 - The Realtor for You. I came from Hong Kong, graduated from Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. I received my MBA from CUNY Baruch while working full time in NYC. I write as well as speak fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

With my background, I am reaching out to Asian clients who would find a realtor speaking in their native language make the process of buying and selling real estates a lot easier. With my language skills, I am doing English translation in a Chinese Church as well.

I had worked for a Turkish shipping company in NYC for 7 years as an Operations manager. I have gained vast experience working with international business professionals who have different accents and cultures especially in Eastern Europe. My MBA in computer science also gives me total control of the state-of-the-art real estate listing technology tools. For example, all of my listings will have a free custom built Visual Tour.

Besides, I love music and am currently playing piano in church and teaching my children as well. Teaching students allow me to learn to listen to their problems and adjust myself to fit each student's learning curve. I believe this has given me the fundamental skills in working with all my real estate clients.
