Buyer reviewAs first time home buying can be a bit overwhelming and scary, Tracy Thomas made it a breeze. Tracy is very knowledgeable with all area's I was looking at and helped me make the right choice in home buying. She told me she wouldn't sell me anything she wouldn't let her own family to live in. Tracy is definitely that stand out agent who goes above and beyond anytime (literally) of day you have any questions!! From the beginning to even after purchasing Tracy has always been there. I couldn't be more pleased in my choice of her as my agent!!

Seller reviewWe hit some "snags" toward the end due to the VA loan assessments. Tracy was WONDERFUL to keep us updated and work to get all of the inspections done for our sale. She stayed in close touch with us and shared our frustration over some of the last details of which we had to address. Tracy had a sweet, calm demeanor, but was very driven to find us some buyers! In fact, the first ones to look at our house bought it!
