Seller reviewTrisha was selected by my companies relocation service and I am so glad that she was.This was the first house that we had ever sold and Tricia was very patient with all of the weird questions that we had. Tricia had a personal vacation right in the middle of signing paperwork for selling the house and still had enough dedication to make herself available. Tricia makes you feel like you are her number one concern!!!!!

I gave her a call and set up a meeting and after 3 or 4 meeting the property was sold. Tricia Phillips made selling the home our parents raise 6 kids in very easy. I was glad to get that duty off my plate. Now time to sell a time share. Lol

She showed us homes even when she knew we were not able to purchase at the time. She knew we planned to and wanted ideas. She was honest, truthful, NEVER pushy on ANYTHING! That's the best quality!! I would totally and am totally recommending her in the future to everyone I know. She even passed by after we moved in to look at the house and drop us a house warming gift.
