Val gave excellent advice, this gal is a critical thinker. I would not consider using anyone else. This was a vacant lot, so this sales approach was different than selling a house. The photography really showcased the property. Since this was my last lot, I have relocated out of state, this never affected the incredible service provided. Val is amazing and I used her for sale of my home, and several other lots. Her attention to detail never varied other than she just keeps getting better as she learns about her client allowing her to provide event better service. I have sold homes in other areas, Val is the best agent I have ever worked with. Her ability to describe and picture the property meant a lot to the sale.
