I needed Vinny specifically to: 1) negotiate on my behalf, and 2) make sure the logistics were done completely and in a timely manner. He did not disappoint. Throughout the process, I genuinely believe Vinny was looking out for my best interest. He would also be honest and let me know when he disagreed. He always kept me updated and returned call or text immediately. He is so accessible! The seller's agent had nothing but nice things to say about Vinny. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Vinny.

His initial value of the home was spot on and he was able to deliver when he stated he would sell the home for that value and quickly. He always showed a high level of professionalism and dedication and formulated a simple effective plan that immediately gained results with lots of interest in the home by many. Vinny made the process easy and always kept me informed with what was happening. He always made himself available for any questions or concerns that I had and made this process seem easy because of all the hard work he did behind the scenes. I am very pleased with what Vinny accomplished for me in such a short amount of time and would highly recommend him to friends and family.
