When I hear of someone considering buying or selling, the only name that comes to my mind is Wanda Boldon! Wanda is, beyond a doubt, well educated on the market and all of the different facets of buying and selling. For example, she prepped us at the beginning of the process about a situation that would could likely come up in the inspection based on her knowledge of the year our cabin was built, and it did come up in the inspection therefore not really creating a surprise. Wanda provided us with above and beyond service and stayed on top of all the details during a very busy time. I truly felt our partnership with Wanda during this process! Wanda Boldon was so honest and thorough in her research and recommendations. She didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, which I have found many agents do, but she laid out the facts. From a marketing perspective, Wanda worked hard and executed an exceptional marketing plan. She understands that in today's world much of the "showing" happens online.
