Buyer reviewWendy Bell was absolutely critical to the purchase of our dream home. She was very instrumental in all aspects, and there was so much more to buying a home than we had imagined. Wendy assisted with our home loan and insurance issues and scheduled/arranged everything. She made herself available to us, regardless of time or day. If she didn't know the answer, she found it. She did not pressure us in any way into our purchase and was very relaxed and calm throughout and allowed us freedom while viewing the property. She did have to jump through a couple of hoops on our behalf to help make this happen in a timely manner for us. She is our go-to-girl for sure on our daughter's purchase!!!

Buyer reviewWendy went above and beyond from the initial offer to the closing. The home inspection showed some rather major issues. Wendy was able to work with the owners to have them take care of and pay for the repairs before we closed on the property. We definitely will contact her if we ever decide to sell and purchase a different property. We have also recommended her to our son and daughter-in-law, who are currently working with her to find their new home.
