Buyer reviewWendy Nash-Hickman was a good communicator using the phone and texting when necessary. She kept me informed as to the progress of the transaction and she pushed the timeline to our advantage so we were able to close in record time.

Seller reviewWendy sold 2 houses for me. The first one was a total nightmare. Without her guidance on that house we sold have had to pay many thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. Her connections with local repair companies is amazing. She was the second realtor that listed the house and she found a buy very fast. Her professionalism was strength of character was quite beneficial as we came across a very unscrupulous realtor. She quickly put that realtor in his place and dismissed him, On the second property she sold fer me, she again was able to save me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Again we had to deal with realtor whose level of professionalism was disgusting. Wendy dealt with this realtor in a most professional manner. He should take a lesson from her on how to be a professional realtor. If I ever buy or sell another property in here area she will be the only realtor I will call unless she has moved on or stopped being a realtor.
