Her thoughtfulness was never prompted. She was qenuine and honest with me. My closings have always been smooth and prompt. I was treated professionally. Ann Weaver is dependable, knowledgeable of the real estate market and efficient in her use of time as well as my time. I appreciate the fact that I do not seem like a nuisance with my questions or needs. When considering a selection of realtors, I constantly suggest Ann Weaver to my family and friends because of her professional approach and gracious attitude.
