Buyer reviewWe were transfering from SC to IN and was on a tight window of having the chance to go see houses. We called and got Scout and he showed us 4 or 5 homes in a 2 day window. Scott seemed good at what he does and helped us in our search. He delt with getting inspections done when we picked our home and answered any quastions we had in a timely manner. Scott is good and I would tell my friends and Family to call him if they needed someone to find them a home.

He is also approchable and very quick to respond to texts or calls, which I think is very important. He always had a positive attitude and is there to welcome you with a warm smile. He has good local connections and introduced us with contractors for all the work that was needed to be done in the house. Being a first time home buyer, he was patient with us in answering all our questions to alleviate our anxiety, making our home buying experience great! Wishing him all the very best and definitely recommend anyone considering engaging a realtor to at least have a conversation with Scott Babb!

He's honest and he makes time to look at homes, even at the last minute.. which is extremely important in this market. I wouldn't use anyone else in the future and will always recommend him.

Seller reviewEverything went very smooth through the entire process. Scott had great communication and walked us through the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the results and care that Scott showed when handling our questions and concerns. A pleasure to work with and talk to. Scott was extremely personable and caring. Willing to help out and offered assistance and recommendations on getting the house ready, such as Painter for some touch ups to the trim.
