Coleen did an OUTSTANDING job in assessing our home's value, staging the home for professional photographs, and negotiating excellent sales terms on our behalf in a short amount of time. She was EXTREMELY responsive and prompt with her communications throughout the sales process, and her people interaction skills were simply exceptional. We heard very positive things about Coleen from her previous clients, but she far exceeded our expectations!!! If anyone ever asks us for input on Coleen in the future, we will STRONGLY recommend her and the Century 21 team.. During the sales process our family had an unfortunate medical emergency. This medical emergency occurred on the final day that our home was being sold, and Coleen was extremely compassionate and understanding of our family's situation.
