Seller reviewI very much appreciated Tracey and Ingrid Barrett''s approach to communication, which was to keep me informed every step of the process. I always knew what was happening because they would call to explain it, answer my questions and get my approval. I always knew where things stood because they kept me in the loop from the beginning. They could give a master class in excellent customer service! I don't know much about real estate, so could have easily become overwhelmed sorting through purchase offers and understanding the technical issues involved in the sale. But Tracey drew up a spreadsheet that made things clear and really helped me compare the offers and make a decision. I felt that because of their long experience and expertise in the field, I could trust Tracey and Ingrid's recommendations. I really can't imagine having a better sales experience than I had with Tracey and Ingrid. They were outstanding in every way and made the whole experience easier than I could have imagined.

Because of the incredible marketing materials and handling of multiple open house events, we had the luxury of several offers. We do not believe that would have been the case with another realtor. Buyer reviewDoreen's knowledge of the process was so valuable to us. There really is a lot that goes into buying a house and she helped us stay perfectly on top of everything. In addition to that, she encouraged us to call at any time with questions we might have. Most importantly to me, she was able to get us discounts at several steps of the process. As I said before, Doreen was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about every step of this complicated process. She was able to get us discounts and deals we wouldn't have had otherwise. In addition to that, she sends very detailed weekly updates that informed us of any upcoming deadlines that we may have previously forgot about.

Buyer reviewLynn is the best! I know she has a lot of other clients, but I always felt like she put me first when we were together. I also felt like she knew what I wanted (she listened to me). This is important because it felt like she was onboard with my goals and not just trying to make a sale quickly or move on. I was a first-time homebuyer in a sellers market. It's rough out there, but Lynn never made me feel like my expectations were too high or that I wouldn't eventually get the home I wanted (and I did).

She was a honest broker and did not hesitate to give us her honest opinions even though they (sometimes) weren't the ones we wanted to hear. When we bought our previous house, we did not have a good experience with our realtor. We were rushed to close the deal when it wasn't in our best interest. Tracey was a total opposite. She was our advocate throughout the whole process. She worked very hard to find us the right house to be our new home, and she did! Thanks, Tracey!
