Lynn is outstanding. She impressed us from her first presentation that was full of research, actual data, market knowledge, and really gave us confidence. She did extensive and thorough research and gave the impression of experience. She also was extremely patient in answering our many questions, answering what she could honestly, admitting when she didn't know but taking the question and getting me an answer after doing more research. She is friendly and builds great trust, and works her ass off to take care of your sale. Throughout the sale process she was just awesome. Super communicative, and catering to our needs. She wisely advised us on prepping our home with small repairs and cleanup. She staged our house perfectly and it never looked better. We had two above asking offers within two days! She then guided us through negotiations and ultimately got us an outstanding deal. She then continued to guide us through the process, answering all our questions, communicating with the buyer and settlement agency, and making sure nothing went wrong in our deal. In today's world it's hard to find people who really care about the work they put out, and provide outstanding value to their customers.
