Seller reviewI selected Tracey based on her RSC-D qualifications knowing that the sale of the house would be problematic due to a divorce. Tracey was up to the challenge, and was unwavering in her commitment. She was impartial throughout, diligent in getting the house ready for sale, and drew upon her network of contractors who had faith in her that they would get paid from the sale proceeds. In turn with this challenging sale, she worked with my lawyer and a special commissioner as she gained experiences that buttressed her RCS-D designator. Professional, respectful, non-judgemental throughout the whole process. I have and will continue to send friends and family Tracey's name.

We liked her "can do" attitude and enthusiasm for the home. She was able to see past the repairs the home needed and see the potential. Tracey was instrumental in coordinating contractors to get the work done and prepare the home for sale. She gave sound advice as to which repairs would give the best return on investment. Once being put on the market, our home was under contract in two days for above asking price. Tracey put a tremendous amount of work into the sale of our home and we greatly appreciate her efforts!!!
