She guided us through the listing process, checked in with us on a regular basis to keep us up to date on any activity and helped us prepare for closing. After the sale she has continued to be in contact with us to make sure everything was completed including changes on utilities, insurance, etc. This was a very personal process and Mary was kind and patient as we prepared for our sale, and listed our home; never rushing or pushing us to act before we were ready.
