They went above and beyond to help us prepare the house for sale, even contacting a vender to replace a foggy glass door. I will always appreciate that help since I had no idea what to do and it was great to find out it was still under warranty! They treated us like family. They took the time to research and find comparable sales in the area to show us, in order to help us determine a selling price. There was an interested buyer for the house almost immediately Post inspection, Jeanne Sommer and her team, especially Pam K, were very helpful in keeping me on task and to keep me focused. I had several meltdowns because of the stress of selling the house and coordinating people to help with the post inspection. Things didn't always go well and Pam K was a steady boat in my storm. Calm and reassuring. Always a pleasure to deal with. The team was able to walk me thru the process of selling the home, anticipating my needs and what was needed to be asked for next.
