Buyer reviewKate doesn't mess around when finding your perfect home. She was there every step of the way and she hit the ball out of the park with finding our home on they fly. Literally, this house had only been on the market for four hours and we come around the turn she pulls over and we get access to the house. She also writes incredible offers and has a great team supporting her. She also has a awesome personality that makes the whole experience fun. Once again thank you for everything Kate and we hope to work with you again in the future!

Buyer reviewIn addition to a first-class agent, I hope I have also acquired a lasting friend in Kate. In general, I hated the real estate experience and hope never to go through it again. However, if I do, I pray I will have Kate to guide me again. The services provided by Kate were simply outstanding. However, Century 21 left me hanging for over a month due to the health issues of another agent, when nobody followed through with me as the client. I very nearly went elsewhere. Then, without Kate I would have walked away from the deal if I had to deal only with another of your agents. In short, your company gets a C-minus at best while Kate gets an A-plus. Kate told me she would always have my back and she did. More than once she saved me from making a mistake, and helped me walk away from a hasty decision. She came to know me perhaps better than I know myself, and used that knowledge to my advantage.

We felt comfortable with and trusted Kate's opinion enough to put an offer on a home that we would not see in person until closing day. And she did not let us down! Kate was truly a delight to work with. More than being knowledgeable of the area and home buying process, she was patient with us as newly weds buying a home together for the first time.
