Both times she was able to facilitate the sale of my homes in a timely manner and at an appropriate asking price. She has been very fair to me in all dealings. She is very knowledgeable and always helpful, reaching out to me to make sure I understand what is going on, even nights and weekends. Buyer reviewFirst time home buyer and I can honestly say that I would not have felt comfortable working with anyone but her and her associate Brianna. Kate is extremely knowledgeable and will help you figure out what you want in a house regardless if you know it yourself. I went into buying without any idea of what kind of property I was looking for she helped me quickly narrow it down and we began looking at places immediately. She even looked at properties for me when I was unable to do so. I went into buying a home with only a month's time to do so due to a military transfer. She managed to make that happen and I don't feel as though I settled on a place just because of the time crunch either. Additionally, she set me up with lenders who offered the best rates around and were very easy to work with. She was half way across the world when I went through my closing process, but even then, she was attentive to my needs and was in touch throughout the whole process. Kate and Brianna are some of the most amazing people I've ever have had the pleasure of meeting. Do yourself a favor and work with them even if just playing around with the idea of owning a home. I know I did and now I own a place of my own to call home.
