My husband and I were just taking a risk with the sell of our home and not sure if we were doing the right thing but after meeting Mr. Katt and Rebecca we felt so supported and and started to believe in our dreams of relocating. They helped us all collectively work as a team and we got more than what we expect than the sell of our home but a business friendship. We would rather not work with anyone else on future purchase. He's very excellent at everything! We really had a smooth and easy sell because he took care of everything timely and professional. Rebecca mirror Mr. Katts professionalism and excellence.

She has helped us buy our two homes and sold one, and I can't imagine anyone making this stressful process any easier than she has. We were in a huge rush and we ran her ragged but she never once acted put out and responds super fast over text, email, and phone. She has the best advice and is super knowledgeable about everything - from school districts to homeowners insurance, to decorating, and everything in between. She learned our taste and preferences super fast and listened closely to things we would say when looking at houses. She is very organized and doesn't miss a beat. Rebecca was there to find what we needed, and she found it.
