Buyer reviewI cannot say enough good things about Sathya Kattragadda. We worked with him in 2013 after we relocated to Indiana after my husband accepted an offer with Eli Lilly upon graduating business school on the east coast. Sathya was patient and insightful with us as we were very unfamiliar with the area. We quickly found the perfect home and stayed for two years before moving back to the east coast. When the pandemic hit in 2020, we quickly realized we needed more space for our family and contacted Sathya about potentially moving back to Indiana. We moved to our perfect new home 45 days later, site unseen because we trust Sathya Kattragadda's judgment that much! The house was even more beautiful in person than it appeared on the facetimes Sathya kindly hosted for us. We will never work with another agent. Sathya Kattragadda knows what he is doing and placed us in the perfect neighborhood for our family, Harmony in Westfield. We're so thankful for Sathya's partnership.
