He is very knowledgeable, knows the market, pays attention to the tiniest of details (things that we, as first time homebuyers weren't even thinking about), and he made the process move extremely quick. He is great at explaining things and making sure you understand each step of the process. He's also available seemingly 100% of the time. I can't imagine working with another realtor. We will most definitely be using Mr. Katt for all of our home buying/selling needs in the future!
