Buyer reviewWas what I would expect from a professional. Got back in a timely manner with feedback or information. Questions that she could not immediately answer were answered usually with the same day or early the next. We had some questions after the sale and she was right there with the answers.

Seller reviewI interviewed a total of six-(6) brokers. While everyone was very good, Mimi Simmons was exceptional. Mimi's enthusiasm, knowledge, combined with her very focused and strategic business model was the determining factor. From my perspective, Mimi's business is strategically focused in three critical areas of 1) target marketing 2) compliance and 3) closing; while Mimi moderates the entire business model start-to-finish with a value-added approach. I have completed more than 15 different purchases and "sells" in my life. This transaction with Mimi's team was the best. Mimi's team found the right buyer for my unique property and closed the deal in 21 days from Offer-to-Escrow closing during the COVID19 pandemic. Jenny and Tammy were also outstanding!
