Being that I am in Southern California, I was afraid of the difficulty in navigating a sale in Northern California but she made it so easy. If anyone else in the area is selling or buying a property, I would highly recommend Mimi and her team.

Seller reviewMimi and her staff were very efficient in handling everything. The sale was a very complicated dealing with different permitting and scheduling. Mimi was very instrumental in working with the building departments. When Mimi was busy I was always able to get Tammy who works the office, and could handle what i needed. Very satisfied with the results. Tammy was very helpful with keeping me in the loop, very professional My sales experience was grueling only because I had to have the septic upgraded and the process was time consuming. We were needing to be done before winter came. Everything came together in the end. Mimi was very patient with me while sometimes i was not.
