Seller reviewCindy Ballard is the single most knowlegable, energetic and thorough real estate agent I have ever dealt with. This was a difficult sale since I was located on the other side of the country and working long hours, but Cindy made it easy. She not only had exceptional knowlege of the area and the market, but she single-handedly ran point on several major improvements I needed to make to get it ready for sale and had an excellent network of contractors at her fingertips. She kept me up to date and pinged me if I had missed an email etc. She is a consumate professional. I would definitey reccomend her as well as use her again myself.

Seller reviewCindy pretty much held our hands through the sale. At preparation stage, she helped us prioritize the areas to improve. When we asked her if we could leave the basement as a storage area, she firmly said no. We now realize that by following her guidance, we created a beautiful living space with a nice view that added value to our house. It was as if Cindy knew our concerns before we even voiced them. Incredible communications---Cindy kept us updated on every element, even letting know when there was no update yet. Cindy always made us feel like we were her most important clients. Because of her warm personality, we had the feeling that all her clients probably felt the same way!
