Buyer reviewAlthough it was kind of a random selection based on a property I was looking at, I am very pleased with my selection. Pete was very patient with us. We have a lot of specifications for home features which we were trying to find.He was always available and very prompt for each property we viewed. He never placed any "sales pressure" on us to make a decision until we were ready to do so. All phone calls and e-mails were quickly and expertly returned. Pete is very familiar with properties in the area, and we were not. I would recommend him to someone who is not familiar with this Gulf Shores area for this reason. We found him to be very honest about locations, amenities ,etc. at each property site which we visited. He also helped us through the purchasing process and attended the closing with us. We appreciated Pete's personalized service. It made our buying experience very smooth and pleasant.
